Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to work in our Oshawa store from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site roles involve serving customers at the POS, assisting with store campaigns, and maintaining a clean, organized space. Training provided online to build skills in wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Role requires being 18+, legally able to work in Canada, and preferably bilingual. Availability includes Fridays evenings and weekends; extra shifts may be available during the

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Legal to work in Canada (SIN, study permit or work permit).
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face items, keep store neat and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg, standing for long periods.
