Job summary

LCBO in Corunna, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario during the holiday season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will be on-site, assisting customers, operating the POS, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Paid online training helps you learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits while building customer service skills. Friday evenings and weekend shifts are required; lifting up to 40 lbs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system and ensure outstanding experience
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves, keep store clean and safe
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for long periods
