Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role is on-site, reports to the Store Manager, and involves customer service at the POS, stocking, and assisting with Sustainability campaigns.

Applicants must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in Canada, and availability includes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays with extra shifts possible. Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure store is clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for long periods.
