Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support busy retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site role reporting to the Store Manager, you will process purchases, handle donations, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, have customer service experience, and are at least 18 years old. English/French bilingualism is a plus; shifts include weekends and holiday dates. Training provided online.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN/Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs (18 kg) and standing for long periods.
• On-site availability Fri (5 PM–Close), Sat and Sun, plus holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the POS/cash system.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, and keep area clean and organized.
• Encourage donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Engage in campaigns like Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey.
