Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service in Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, and support campaigns like Spirit of Sustainability and postal code surveys.

Responsibilities include stocking, inventory intake, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, student or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system and provide an outstanding experience.
• Participate in donation campaigns and customer surveys.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for extended periods.
