Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site roles involve assisting customers, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience during the holiday season.

Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs. Bilingual English/French is a bonus; training will be provided online.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, work permit or student status).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Participate in donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Support Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Assist with lifting cases up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
