The role is part-time with flexible hours, requiring bilingual English/French communication, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes (early start times).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products and receive store merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store environment.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers in-store.
• Leverage product stories to engage customers and add joy to their day.
• Engage with customers on the floor and curate product collections for individuals.
