Job summary

Gap Inc. is hiring a Brand Associate in Canada to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and inspire shoppers, using product knowledge to drive confidence and wardrobe choices.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-store and online channels, promoting loyalty programs and seamless omnichannel service. Flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to drive loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance experience with omnichannel offerings.
• Meet personal and store goals.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house.
• Keep the work area neat and organized.
• Handle customer interactions, returns courteously.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
