Gap Inc. in Ajax, Ontario is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life in store. You’ll engage customers, educate on products, and deliver a best-in-class omni-channel experience with your leadership team.

You’ll promote loyalty, drive sales through suggested selling, and maintain a neat, organized workspace while supporting all store areas, including fittings and cash wrap. A passion for retail and flexible scheduling are a must.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Capable of delivering exceptional in-store service.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
