Job summary

Gap Inc. in Canada is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for shoppers in our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers about loyalty programs, and use omni-channel tools to enhance the shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers to drive sales, support all store functions from fitting rooms to cash wrap, and maintain a neat, organized environment. The role requires flexible hours, a positive attitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Excellent communication and ability to interact with customers and team.
Customer-focused service on and off the sales floor.
Retail passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
Able to operate retail technology.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Treat customers and employees with respect to maintain a positive work environment.
Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote retention.
Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.

Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.

Handle customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously.
Execute operational processes efficiently.
