You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and support sales floor operations while maintaining a tidy workspace and meeting personal goals aligned with store objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Enhance the customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
