Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and the narrative during client calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA and pipeline, and deliver the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with clear storytelling on results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns you built and optimized.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and when to pause campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
