Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation, bidding and testing, and ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4 and pixels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
