Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the client narrative when questions arise.

Responsibilities include managing ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimizing bids, tracking conversions with GA4/Tag Manager/pixels, and delivering quarterly ROI storytelling during client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels)
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present results

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Demand Generation Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
