Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape the strategy, allocate budgets, and guide performance narrative on calls with clients.

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS improvements and scalable growth across multiple accounts in a fully remote role across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget calls, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
