Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and client storytelling, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA impact, and agency experience across multiple clients. You will work with US clients on live calls in a fully remote setup across Canada, the US, and South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
