Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency recruiting a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, directing targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and client narrative.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget decisions, testing, and attribution, and present the 90-day plan and results to clients. Remote role across Canada, South Africa or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience juggling multiple clients in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned clients.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
