Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You are the strategic voice at the table, responsible for the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, and for driving campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and MS Ads. You’ll partner with clients on live calls to explain results and plans.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaign setup and optimization.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Search Engine Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
