Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager who owns paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA, and pipeline metrics, and work with US clients on live calls in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
