Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. As the strategic voice, you will direct targeting, budgeting, roadmapping, and client storytelling during calls.

With 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, you will drive ROAS/CPA improvements, manage multiple clients in an agency setting, and communicate clearly with US-based clients on live calls. This role is remote for NA markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA growth and pipeline impact.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Fluent English for US client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budget, bid, target, test creatives, and pause underperformers.
• Set up conversions and track with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with client narratives.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Search Engine Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
