Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager who owns paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why.

Remote role (USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa). You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, testing creatives and optimizing campaigns, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
