Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targets, manage budgets, and steer the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on campaigns, channel mix, and performance storytelling. This role suits hands-on marketers with proven ROAS/CPA improvements and strong client-facing English for US-based calls.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
