Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You set budgets, bids, roadmaps, and articulate the story behind the numbers during client calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, focus on ROAS improvements, and build long-term relationships from a remote setup serving Canada, the USA, and South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
