In this remote role, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements and lead client conversations with a strategic voice. You bring 3+ years in paid search, agency experience across multiple clients, and strong

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
