Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will craft targeting, budget decisions and the narrative for client calls, acting as the strategic voice. Remote role handling paid media across major platforms.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and deliver 90-day roadmaps with clear performance storytelling. Strong client-facing English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
