Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive 90-day roadmaps and client growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and knowing when to kill a campaign.
