Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budget decisions, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bid strategies, and ensure reliable attribution with GA4 and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across several clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget calls, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present insights.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Engine Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
