You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager, and drive ROI through testing, retention, and upsell while working with US clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
