Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for a Search Engine Marketing Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the strategy, guide budgets, and communicate the narrative when clients ask why outcomes occurred.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding and testing, and drive the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with clear storytelling on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
