Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, own targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why the numbers look as they do.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, while crafting 90-day roadmaps and maintaining strong client relationships. Remote work is available across Canada, SA, and the USA.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with examples you can share.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
