As a SuccessFactors EC Payroll / SAP Payroll Senior Consultant , you will work with our clients and lead them in the implementation of their SAP Payroll module. This will include activates such as: assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF and SAP on premise as well as cloud solutions . You will be responsible for shaping the future HR and Payroll processes of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.
