What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business expectations
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects on solution development estimates and planning
  • Deliver technical design documentation and other technical deliverables
  • Work with cross-functional teams, internal/external technical experts, and third parties

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Process Automation, and APIs
  • Knowledge of Collaborative Forecasting and Pipeline Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Service Cloud
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration
  • Experience with tools like Postman, Data Loader, and Workbench
  • Knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and change management processes
  • Experience in creating automation using point-and-click tools
