What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business expectations
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects on solution development estimates and planning
- Deliver technical design documentation and other technical deliverables
- Work with cross-functional teams, internal/external technical experts, and third parties
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience with Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Process Automation, and APIs
- Knowledge of Collaborative Forecasting and Pipeline Analytics
- Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Service Cloud
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration
- Experience with tools like Postman, Data Loader, and Workbench
- Knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and change management processes
- Experience in creating automation using point-and-click tools
