Join Our Growing Private Sales Financing Team! Exciting things are happening in our Private Sales Financing department, and we are looking to hire a Sales Representative to help our customers secure financing for their seadoos, motorcycles, ATVs, and more! NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assess customer needs and offer tailored financing solutions.
  • Guide customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documents and information for loan approval.
  • Educate customers on available financing options, terms, and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Should Already Have
  • Ability to clearly explain financing options and terms to customers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Motivated to grow within a new and expanding department, with opportunities for career advancement.
What We Will Give You

Compensation

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:

  • Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
  • Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.
Projected Yearly Earnings
  • Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000
  • Level 2: $65,500 – $90,000
