• Trade Operations: Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and risk management teams to ensure smooth transaction execution across the trade lifecycle.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and pricing shifts to spot new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, setting clear performance KPIs and quotas.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations for bulk orders, pricing terms, and supply agreements.
