The Opportunity

Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-growing SaaS company that’s redefining the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry? Analyticsmart is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging decision-makers, and setting up sales meetings.

This app empowers retailers and brands to optimize in-store execution, improve compliance, and drive operational excellence. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research and identify brands, retailers, and third-party merchandisers who would benefit from our SaaS platform.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage potential clients.
  • Educate & Engage: Communicate our value proposition, focusing on fast ROI and competitive advantages.
  • Set Up Meetings: Book qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track performance, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, CPG, retail technology, or B2B sales development.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills—you can engage senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of the CPG, retail, or merchandising industry.
