Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities with target clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, supporting both customers and our team, and setting the stage for successful sales interactions through cold outreach and relationship nurturing to secure qualified meetings for our sales team. Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Understand demand, enable and support the sales force, lead client conversations, and explore opportunities.
  • Begin the Relationship: Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Client and Industry Knowledge: Build rapport through strategic outreach, research clients, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with your team and Sales Executives to pursue opportunities, recommend follow-up actions, and schedule meetings via Zoom and Slack.
  • Growth and Development: Continuously improve, implement feedback, and evolve demand generation strategies.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.
  • Broad understanding of business challenges faced by Enterprise clients.
  • Critical thinking, perseverance, passion, curiosity, conscientiousness, motivation, resourcefulness, proactivity, communication skills, teamwork, ownership, problem-solving ability, prioritization skills, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
