Float is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who brings an owner’s mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to this role. You won’t be responsible for sourcing your own leads—our team provides you with a curated list of high-quality prospects. Your mission is to engage those leads, build meaningful conversations and qualify opportunities for our Account Executives. Success here comes down to grit, hustle and consistently hitting high dialing quotas. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and brand awareness at one of Canada’s fastest-growing fintech companies!
