Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences in Vancouver is seeking a Sales Consultant / Retirement Living Consultant to guide prospective residents and families through a supportive decision-making journey. You will drive occupancy, build community relationships, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.

The role requires consultative selling, CRM proficiency (Yardi preferred), and strong communication. You will collaborate with Marketing and internal teams and may participate in leadership

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a consultative approach.
• Experience in a senior living or service-focused environment is an asset.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet timelines.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
