Chartwell Retirement Residences in Midland, Ontario is seeking a Sales Consultant / Retirement Living Consultant to guide prospective residents and families through a supportive decision-making journey and drive occupancy.

You will lead the end-to-end sales process, maintain records in Yardi CRM, build referral networks, participate in events, and collaborate with Marketing. The role requires exceptional communication, relationship-building, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a consultative approach.
• Experience in a senior living or service-focused environment is an asset.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi preferred).

The Opportunity

Chartwell is looking for a Sales Consultant / Retirement Living Consultant to guide prospective residents and their families through a supportive and informative decision‑making journey. In this key role, you’ll drive occupancy, build strong community relationships, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment for residents.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to move‑in, ensuring timely follow‑up and high conversion rates
• Maintain accurate prospect records in Yardi CRM and use insights to guide sales priorities

What You’ll Bring

• Proven sales ability with a consultative approach

• Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and meet timelines
• Customer‑focused, empathetic, and professional in all interactions
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of the local community and surrounding area is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable means of transportation
