This position reports to: Inside Sales Manager, NAM
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
The role supports and empowers departmental organization, key performance indicators and other supporting functions to achieve departmental targets and goals. This includes providing insight and support into the history of business, maintaining automated KPI via digital file maintenance, flagging issues with orders in transit and providing administrative system support for non-front facing credits and requests.
This role contributes to Emergency and Hazardous location lighting in the United States. Main stakeholders are Regional Sales Manager, Agents, Service Depots and other market partners.
Checking coded orders to ensure all aspects of the order have been treated properly by the sales team prior to entry of the order in the ERP system.
Creating data within the CRM platform for automated KPI values and departmental performance insight.
Flag freight issues and support the action for resolutions.
Account creation, modification and management for customers and agents.
Submitting and communicating non-material credits or concessions requested by sales and approved by management.
Facilitate the consolidated return of material from State-side holding.
Support creation of system documentation on an as-needed basis to back up the sales team during peak business periods.
Comfortable with multiple technologies and proficient with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF Exchange Editor, as well as CRM and ERP systems.
Time and task management.
Advanced communication skills over multiple platforms (email, phone, video conference, etc.).
Driven and motivated with the ability to proactively identify problems and bring them to the attention of management.
Team mindset with ability to work cooperatively with others.
