Qualifications

• Capable of delivering the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator course effectively.
• Expertise in training media to meet educational standards.
• Familiar with best practices in instructional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TACCO course including theory and practical phases.
• Compile student progress reports and provide SME support.
• Ensure training consistency with established objectives.

Skills

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with writing and amending multi-media instructional courseware

Familiar with quality standards, training plans

Eligibility to work in Canada

Capable of obtaining a Government of Canada NATO SECRET security clearance

Ability to perform tasks in live and synthetic settings

Previous experience as a TACCO instructor

Formal training in Instructional Techniques

Anti-surface Unit Warfare and Search and Rescue experience

Weaponeering effects delivery experience

Link-16 experience
