Robotics/Coding/Computer Teacher – 1.0 FTE

We are accepting applications for a Middle School Robotics/Coding/Computer Teacher – 1.0 FTE at Our Lady of Mount Pleasant Catholic School commencing January 5, 2026. This is a probationary contract.

Our Lady of Mount Pleasant Catholic School (Grades 5–8). Camrose, Alberta.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction for Grades 7/8 Robotics, Computer Science and Communication Technologies.
  • Teach Grades 5/6 Coding as well as Grades 6/7 Math, Grade 6 Science and Grade 8 Health.
  • Work with block‑ and text‑based coding platforms (Scratch, MakeCode, Python), robotics systems (LEGO EV3/Spike, VEX, Micro:bit), multimedia tools, 3D design/printing software, and collaborative digital environments like Google Workspace.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education degree and an Alberta teaching certificate (or eligible for).
  • Seeking a practicing Catholic.
