Your Day to Day

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you would be working on:

• Reviewing contracts, order forms, and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment as per GoTo’s internal policies.
• Entering order forms and contract terms into the Company\'s order entry systems, assuring accuracy, and according to established departmental SLAs as well as revenue recognition policies.
• Engaging and supporting sales in their deal structure queries in accordance with Company Policies and revenue recognition standards.
• Be the trusted advisor to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.
• Following multi-step processes to resolve escalations, taking ownership of the process from start to finish to ensure accurate execution of sales queries.
