Dollarama in Canada seeks a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily retail operations. You will lead store associates, manage merchandising, and ensure top-notch customer service while handling duties like opening/closing, cash handling, and safety protocols.

You should have at least 1 year of retail experience and 1–2 years in supervision, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Perform manager-on-duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform cash management and opening/closing duties as needed.
• Participate in inventory processes and staff training.
• Assist with hiring and performance management.
