Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

You will supervise associates, manage merchandising, customer service, time and attendance, safety, and cash handling. You will participate in inventory and training, with opportunities to progress within the company.

Open availability (days/evenings/weekends) and strong leadership are required to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ambition to progress within the company.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
