Purdys Chocolatier in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Team Lead for our Southgate Shopping Centre location. This role focuses on guiding staff, merchandising, customer service, and shop operations to uphold brand standards.

You will engage customers, drive sales, and work with management to ensure efficient, friendly service. Availability for all shifts is required; this is a permanent, full-time position.

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Southgate Shopping Centre. The team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This permanent part-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

You will be a good fit if you are:
