The role entails assisting the management team with operations and staff, handling daily shipments, stocking shelves, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness while providing leadership and ensuring performance standards.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability including day, evening, and weekend.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Following up on assigned tasks.
• Conducting manager-on-duty tasks: ensuring daily breaks, time and attendance are properly tracked and participating in the hiring and performance management process.
