Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily store operations across our Ontario locations, driving excellent customer service and sales performance. You will mentor staff and ensure standards that reflect our brand and policies.

Responsibilities include training associates, coordinating workflows, maintaining health and safety compliance, and supporting staffing to meet business needs while achieving store targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, eager to learn and share product knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Provide direction, support, and training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions and safety standards.
• Support staffing to align with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Drive sales by meeting store targets and KPIs.
• Assist with store opening and setup.
