Kiokii Inc. is seeking a Team Lead at Pacific Centre to set service standards, lead daily store operations, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, coordinate shipments, and uphold health and safety regulations, with opening/setup duties as needed. The role requires demonstrated leadership and strong communication to guide a busy retail team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Support inventory operations by receiving and processing shipments, organizing stock, and preparing discrepancy reports when required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling inventory, stock replenishment, and operational tasks.
• Provide clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed.
• Maintain store conditions to ensure they meet company standards and adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
• Support staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate matters to higher management when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics.

• Assisting the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Support inventory operations by receiving and processing shipments, organizing stock, and preparing discrepancy reports when required
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling inventory, stock replenishment, and operational tasks.
• Providing clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed
• Maintaining store conditions to ensure they consistently meet company standards and adhering to Health and Safety regulations
• Supporting staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively and escalating matters to higher management when necessary
• Driving sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics
• Support with store opening and setup

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years of retail operations experience, including receiving shipments, inventory management, and preparing discrepancy reports, is preferred.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Able to lift up to 30-40 lbs.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standard
