You will oversee daily store operations, train staff, ensure health & safety compliance, support staffing, address customer inquiries, and push for sales targets. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience and some leadership or supervisory background.
• Passionate about Asian beauty industry and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and support management.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions meeting company standards and health and safety regulations.
• Assist with staffing efforts to align with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Drive sales performance by achieving store targets and KPIs.
• Assist with store openings and setup.
